At BMA, Design & Build is a comprehensive expertise, from advice to implementation. We offer a turnkey service, integrating design, work, furniture and custom layout, thanks to our 4 specialized departments: Le Lab, Le Studio, La Prod and La Fab. This hybrid approach allows us to respond to each project, in its entirety or on a specific phase, with serenity and efficiency.

What are the key stages of a Design & Build project with BMA?
A Design & Build project follows a well-defined methodology. It is important to respect the key points of the project, namely:
Definition of needs, feasibility assessment, sketch, detailed design, costing and planning and finally the construction phase.
Who is in charge of managing the site during the work?
At BMA, the management of the site during the work is ensured by a project manager (single interlocutor) accompanied by a construction manager or a site manager who coordinates the teams, supervises the progress and ensures compliance with deadlines, budget and quality.
Do you work on small-scale projects?
Small-scale projects are part of our expertise, we adapt our approach and needs to the constraints of each client.

Can you incorporate specific criteria such as sustainable development?
BMA is a player committed to the CSR process, in which it has obtained the “Gold” certification distributed by the Ecovadis label.
We therefore place great attention on projects with high environmental challenges in order to meet the expectations of our customers.
What are your opening hours and contact details?
BMA has its own premises at 46 avenue de la Longue Bertrane, in Villeneuve la Garenne (92390) thus ensuring good logistics via our warehouse.
Customers, partners or subcontractors can meet us from 8:30 to 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon.
